Pottery Retreat Cancellation Policy

To get away for any amount of time, we know it takes planning, time, and commitment! We wish to emphasize our appreciation for every person who chooses to be part of this experience.

Because we are a small business offering an intimate retreat with limited spots, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our ability to fill vacancies. For this reason, we have a firm cancellation policy and encourage all guests to thoroughly consult it prior to booking. 

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to potters.homestead@gmail.com

• The deposit is non-refundable
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 90% refund.
  • 30 to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.

In addition, to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes, we do encourage purchasing travel insurance.
