Tariffs, Customs & Other Fees
Our studio is located in Canada and all our parcels ship from here. We always do our due diligence to fill our appropriate paperwork and CUSMA forms when shipping internationally (USA especially!). However, due to the every changing rules and regulations, tariffs, import and customs fees may still apply upon delivery and are to be paid by the receiver. The Potter's Homestead does not collect any of these fees at checkout and are not responsible for the payment of these tariffs. Thank you for your understanding! 

Return policy
In short, we do not accept returns, unless: We made an error or there is a major complication with your order. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees, and the item needs to arrive unused, and in perfect condition (clean, not chipped or broken) for a refund to be issued. 
If an item is delivered damaged, please get in touch and provide a photo. We will issue a refund.
